Playoffs:
ALDS:
In an ALCS rematch, the Rangers will take the series in 5 but the Rangers win due to the lack of a number 2 starter for the Yankees.
And in a 2007 ALCS rematch, the Red Sox will take the series in 4 games due to the stellar offense from the Red Sox.
NLDS:
In an NLCS rematch, the Phillies prove to be too strong for the Giants and take the series in 3 – sweeping the Giants.
And the Brewers continue their hot streak and amazing pitching to overtake the Brewers in 5 games.

ALCS:
The Rangers and Red Sox battle it out in a battle of power, the Red Sox take the series in 7, advancing to the fall classic.
NLCS:
The Pitching-strong Brewers will battle head-to-head with the Phillies, and in a surprise upset, Fielder, Braun, Weeks, and Grienke beat the Phillies in 7 games to advance to the fall classic.

WORLD SERIES!
The Red Sox and Brewers will battle hard, both teams with lots of power, but the Brewers pitching will beat Josh Beckett and the Red Sox in 6 games.

And there you have it, folks. Those are my predictions. Yeah, so, um. At the end of the playoffs, you people can comment on any of my posts and let me know how wrong I got everything.

4/3/11 at Nationals Park

Sorry about not having this already. Just haven’t had the time.

And, thanks to my dad for taking the rest of us to DC with him becasue he had a business trip. Result: vacation over spring break. Well, I tol him that I really wanted to go, and he hooke us up with some sweet seats. And for the record, this was my first game of the year, and it was NOT in Oakland.

Well, we left our hotel, and got to the Metro station, then took Metro to the game. (Metro is like a train, like BART or MUNI if you like in the Bay area)

Then, from the Muni Station, You have to walk about 2-3 blocks to Nationals Park

We walked around the CF area a little becasue there was no BP, then, we headed to our seats. We stopped behind the foul pole to look out at Nationals Park, If you have never been there, go there. It is a great place.

This view from the concourse overlooking DC

And then, we headed to our seats

Then, when we got to our seats, it was just wow

After that, my dad and I wandered around the stadium a) to find some food b) to check out the stadium casue this was our first time here and c) I wanted to buy a Nationals hat.

We found this pizza place called Flippin Pizza. Yes, that is what it is called. I personally think that is a name that is a law suit waiting to happen. I mean FLIPPIN PIZZA! They do have good pizza, though. We did walk around the stadium and saw some pretty cool views. Nationals Park is awesome. And yes, I did get a hat. I got this hat:

So, we headed back to our seats and just before the game started too. It was a blowut game. The Braves won. No suprise there.

Freddie Freeman was interesting to watch:

And Todd Coffey ended the day with a 10.80 ERA.

And Brian McCann kicked butt. Overall, It was a good game.
