Mail Time! #23
Sorry for not having posted in a while! I’ve been so busy, plus I haven’t gotten too many packages these past few weeks
Today, I have 3 Fan Packs to show you.
The first of these is from the Miami Marlins
I first pulled out a 2013 pocket schedule
I next found this logo sticker
And brochures as to how to get a Marlins license plate
And join the Marlins Fan Club (Which is actually a pretty cool deal if you ask me! I *might* get it)
After that, I pulled out these three player photo cards
Lastly, I pulled out this magnetic schedule. I love the Marlins new logo (AND HR Thingy), and I love bright colors- So I loved this magnetic schedule.
The next Fan Pack is from the Nebraska Corn Huskers
Inside, I found 2 football stickers
The final fan pack I have will BLOW YOU AWAY
I now know why the Houston Astros can’t afford any good players. They put all of their money into fan packs for their Minor-A Team. Here is the BOX that the Tri-City Valley Cats sent me
On the top, I found this team photo
The next item I pulled out was this small box (2 inches wide for reference)
I opened it up and BAM! I found this miniature replica NYPL Championship trophy!
This was the final item I pulled out of the box. A bobblehead box????
A Derek Jeter bobblehead?? How cool is that!?!?!
Wow… This was one of my best ever Mail Time entries, would you agree?
Thanks for reading!

Valley Cats are about an hour and a half from me. They’re a cool team, nice stadium too. That Jeter bobblehead is pretty sweet, back in he day when he was on the “Albany-Colonie Yankees”… Some useless trivia for ya.

Wow. You should probably send the Valley Cats a thank you email since that’s really pretty cool that they put all that together

Dude! I never thought of that! Great idea!

Hey Nick, thanks for following my blog and I can’t wait to finish the trade for those 2013 Topps cards. How do you get all these mail packs from teams? I’d love to do it!

If you send an email to each team saying that you are a huge fan and ask for a fan pack or any leftover giveaways and leave your address, a lot of teams will mail you stuff! Some ask for a SASE.

For me, the Cincinnati Reds, Richmond Flying Squirrels, Tri City Valley Cats, New York Yankees, and Boston Red Sox have had great Fan Packs, but the Miami Marlins, Los Angeles Dodgers, Milwaukee Brewers, Miami Dolphins, San Jose Sharks, Boston Bruins, OKC Thunder, Washington Nationals, Philadelphia Eagles, Indianapolis Colts, Atlanta Falcons, and Buffalo Bills have also sent good ones! Oh, and I have 15 more cards up for trade- I’ll tweet you a pic in a few minutes!

just how to really pull people in! I know there are lots of braves fans out there, I just need to have them coming to my blogs. Do you have to pay for a MLB Theme?
LikeLike
Nope. It’s 100% free! Start following other top blogs. Comment often and support them! When you comment, leave your URL at the end of the comment. Also, like you have been, interact on Twitter! It took me over a year, but once I started interacting with ballhawks and bloggers on Twitter and their blogs, I started getting more views!

how do i change my theme to the MLB one? as you can probably tell, I’m new to this.

Where did you create your blog? If you register through MLB, you choose it automatically. I find it the easiest way to do it. If you go to MLB.com/blogs, you can register it there. Not positive as to how to go from non-MLB to MLB.

I have a question on college fan packs. When you get to the feedback form there is a box for subject. Do you use general question or athletic depth feedback for your request
